How to Order

3 Ways to Place your Order:

  • Via Phone: Please call 630-969-5595 and one of our knowledgeable salespeople will assist you with your order. Please read the list below for the information you will need ready to process your order.
  • Via E-mail: For your convenience, you may also email your order information to our sales and customer service team at sales@bgunther.com. Please read the list below for the information you will need ready to process your order.
  • Via Fax: Please fax 630-969-5768 and we will process your order and give you a call or send an email to confirm receipt. Please read the list below for the information you will need ready to process your order.

Important information to have ready to process your order:

Important Note: If have already selected the products you would like to order but don't have your text or logo ready yet, we highly recommend that you proceed with placing your order so we can make sure to have the products or materials ready and reserve time to complete your order. We ask that you try to have your text and/or need to have your text and logo to us approximately 4-6 days before your due date (depending on the quantity and amount of work that needs to be done) so we can guarantee that your order stays on schedule.

  • What items have you selected? Please provide the item numbers & the quantity you would like to order.
  • When do you need your order completed? Let us know when you need your order completed by and if there is a specific date your awards are being presented.
  • What text would you like on your awards? Please indicate what text you would like on each item and for large quantities of awards, a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet is appreciated.
  • Would you like to add a Logo or Photo to your item(s)? See below for the file formats that we accept.

Logos: We ask that you send your logo in vector format and saved as an .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS(Encapsulated PostScript) or .PDF (Portable Document Format) with all of your fonts converted to outlines. Files that are not sent in vector format may require additional time and cost for our graphic designers. The cost for a logo setup is $30.

Photos: *Please provide photos in .JPEG (Photographic Experts Group) or .TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) format with a resolution of 300dpi or higher to allow us to produce the highest quality product. We can also accept an original photo that our designers can scan in at the proper resolution if a digital file cannot be provided. Additional fees may apply if our artists need to alter or clean up photos.

  • Where would you like your order to be shipped? Please provide a location to ship your item(s) to and to whose attention your package(s) should be addressed if they are going to a large facility or office. If you are shipping products to multiple addresses, internationally, or have specific requirements for your shipping needs, please contact a member of our team to assist you with your order.
  • What is the Billing Location? Please provide a billing location if it differs from the location we are shipping your order to. This may be a corporate headquarters or an accounting department.
  • How will you be paying for your order? We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express for payment of your order. Please have the full name, number, expiration date and CVC code ready when placing your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time your order is placed. For some orders, additional shipping charges may be billed at the time your order is shipped.
